West Brom have surprised even our landlord here at the Transfer Tavern with just how well they’ve done in the Premier League this season as they chase a spot in the Europa League this season.
But for some of the players for whatever reason it hasn’t worked out and they may seek a move away from the club to help get more game time.
Either that or at the other end of the spectrum they may feel that due to just how well they’ve done thus far this season that they could seek a move away from the Hawthorns in order to try and progress their career.
In these two situations the players find themselves at a crossroads and could seek pastures new this summer.
With that in mind, is it time for these players to leave? Our landlord feels that these two West Brom players’ careers are at a real crossroads and would do better if they seek an exit from the club…
JONAS OLSSON

Olsson isn’t getting any younger and at this stage of his career he needs to be getting much more game time.
With how well the other options at the club have done in his position, it’s hard to see him getting much time on the pitch, barring an injury to their first choices. The club could also benefit from using his salary to bring in a younger alternative.
SALOMON RONDON

The big man has been superb for the Baggies this term, and this will upset many of their punters here at the bar, but for Rondon to take that next step in his career and move onto the next chapter then he simply has to move onto bigger things.
The former Rubin Kazan striker has shown at middle level clubs just how good and reliable he can be, so just imagine how good he could be with class players all around him, supplying him with class crosses to latch onto!
