It’s been a miserable weekend for the Rangers fans here in the Transfer Tavern after their 2-1 loss away at Dundee on Friday night ruined the rest of the break.
Indeed, life without a manager continues to be a frustrating one for our local Light Blues, who like Graeme Murty, though don’t believe he’s got it in him to truly take on coaching one of the most pressure-cooker teams in Britain. Still, while they are desperate for a new boss, they may have to be careful in what they wish for.
If you’re going to put your hand in your pocket to back a coupon this weekend, hold fire until you’ve seen our recommended Accys! Last week, our Premier League outright win treble with LeoVegas paid out—so we’re having another crack with Tottenham, Newcastle and Palace. We’ve also got a very enticing fourfold from the Championship and League One. Take a look and let us know how you’re placing your money this weekend!
There’s been an awful lot of talk on social media of late in regard to the idea Tony Adams could be given the job at Ibrox, much to the annoyance of the resident Gers propping up our bar. To be fair, Sky Bet have the former Arsenal skipper at 28/1 for the vacant gig, so it’s by no means a certainty.
However, considering Adams’ managerial past, including his ill-fated spell in charge of Girona, you can imagine some of the reaction in our bar. So, having said all that, here’s a look at what Rangers fans on Twitter are saying about the idea of Adams arriving at Ibrox.

I’ve always defended Dave King..
But if Tony Adams is the next manager of Rangers Football Club, then Dave King must leave immediately.
For the clubs sake, and his own.
