The Liverpool fans in the Transfer Tavern have been eyeing up the options on the table to be the next number one at Anfield. Roma’s Alisson now looks unattainable and it would be near impossible for the club to land Jan Oblak considering his price, but fortunately, the fans have earmarked Keylor Navas as the man they want.
Keylor Navas has been one of the most consistent goalkeepers over the last four years. The Costa Rican shot-stopper got his dream move when he swapped Levante for Real Madrid after his heroics at the 2014 tournament in Brazil and after four seasons in Madrid, winning three Champions League titles in that time.
However, now, with Los Blancos always looking to move on and improve, perhaps they could be open to replacing their goalkeeper.
As far as Liverpool go, the Madrid ‘keeper is a much better option than both Simon Mignolet and calamity Karius, who made the two biggest mistakes of his career in the Champions League final. Those mistakes have led to these talks over their new ‘keeper, and it seems as though Liverpool fans would like to see the Costa Rican at Anfield.

As you can see, the fans would be pleased to see Navas on Merseyside and he’s a definite improvement on their two goalkeepers.
