Some Spurs fans are not happy with the news that Danny Rose has not travelled with the rest of the squad on their tour of Asia and could be leaving the north London club this summer.
According to The Daily Telegraph, the full-back has been available since last summer at a price of £25million despite having two years left on his contract.
However, a club is yet to make an offer for the 29-year-old, although there was reported interest last year from Everton before they signed Lucas Digne.
Rose joined Tottenham in 2007 from Leeds and has played 198 games for the Champions League finalists.
He was also loaned out to Watford, Peterborough, Bristol City and Sunderland across that 12 year period.
The left-back has contributed 10 goals and 27 assists to the Lilywhites and also enjoyed a lengthy spell with the England set-up where he now has 27 caps.
It is not as if he is out of favour at the club given he made 37 appearances last season – more than he has done in any other campaign.
But now it seems as though his time with Spurs could be up and several fans of the club have taken to Twitter to voice their unhappiness at the situation:
Danny Rose will not travel with #thfc on their tour of Asia with a view to him being sold. The defender is valued at £25M by the club and has been available since last summer. Don’t like the way this is shaping up, sounds like we could be playing players who don’t really want to be at Spurs.
