Tottenham fans everywhere have been taking to Twitter to call for their club to get the signing of Malcom from Bordeaux over the line. A story from France Football, via Get French Football, claims that Tottenham have met the Brazilian’s representatives and are prepared to pay the asking price.

If this one does happen, Malcom will become the second Brazilian winger that Spurs have signed from France this year after they completed the signing of Lucas Moura from PSG back in January. Mauricio Pochettino has obviously made Daniel Levy aware of the fact that he wants to sign some wingers to improve the club’s strength in depth out wide and he’ll be doing just that if Malcom does make the move to N17.
At the moment, Tottenham currently employ Heung-Min Son, Erik Lamela and Lucas Moura as their wide men and with the 21-year-old Brazilian, the club would great depth which would let them switch fluidly through systems. Poch has an amazing track record of developing young players and with Jack Grealish also looking likely to sign, the club really looks to be planning for a star-studded future as they continue to bring in some of Europe’s best young stars.

The Lilywhites are keen to get this one done and it looks like the player would be pleased to move to a bigger club in Tottenham, this one should get done.
