Tottenham fans are getting ready and mentally preparing themselves for yet another transfer window. The jokes will fly and other fans will laugh as the Lilywhites could go three straight windows with no incomings, however, that’s unlikely and Le10 sport claim that Tottenham could be a surprise destination for Tanguy Ndombele.

Tottenham Hotspur supporters physically cannot take another window without any signings, but it looks like Mauricio Pochettino can’t either so the chequebook will surely be opened this summer. Whether or not any world class players are brought in is yet to be seen, but Ndombele would certainly be one who the fans would be happy with as the Frenchman has proven his qualities for Lyon.
It’s a tough ask for Tottenham, as they’ll have to beat the likes of Juventus, Manchester United and PSG who are all interested, yet there’s one thing that the North London club can offer that the rest can’t. First-team football is so important in today’s climate and with the lack of options in the Spurs’ midfield, Ndombele would be able to fit in with ease and become an automatic starter, so the Lilywhites are getting excited.
