According to a report from football.london, via Sports Mole, Tottenham have now entered the race for promising young Red Bull Salzburg midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai – with the player’s agent recently coming out with the latest on his future.
Szoboszlai, who has attracted attention from a number of Premier League clubs, including fierce rivals Arsenal, could now be closer than ever to a potential Spurs move after his agent dropped a massive hint.

The player’s representative, speaking to Digisport via Sports Mole, conceded that his Hungarian star is ‘closer to leaving’ amid reports that Tottenham are chasing a deal for the ‘gem‘.
Closer to Szoboszlai?
“Dominik is closer now to leaving the Austrian league,” explained the agent.
“Whether it’s in January or next summer, the most important thing is that he goes to a club where he will have a good chance of playing regularly and continuing the learning curve he started in Salzburg – that’s the most important thing for us.”
Given this latest update that Spurs have entered the race for Szoboszlai, while his agent has dropped this latest update on his future, there could be reason for Tottenham supporters to get excited as their target edges closer to an exit.
