Tottenham Hotspur fans have been lauding Giovani Lo Celso after the Argentine’s performance in the comeback win over Brighton and Hove Albion.

After coming on in the 56th minute, the 23-year-old played 20 passes with 17 of them being played forward as he finished with a pass accuracy of 83.3% (via WhoScored). He also attempted the joint-second most crosses (2) of any player in Jose Mourinho’s side.
Fans were left feeling over the moon with the player as one fan lauded him as the ‘greatest Argentian’.

His performance prompted football.london to give him a high rating as the British publication gave the midfielder a seven out of 10.
Lo Celso’s appearance against the Seasiders was his ninth top-flight game and his eighth off the bench (via Transfermarkt).
Fans were left praising the player for his performance against Graham Potter’s side as they took to Twitter to react.
