Tottenham Hotspur: Fans not buying reports about transfer revolution in the summer

Loads of Tottenham fans are refusing to believe suggestions that drastic changes could be about to take place at the club.

According to The Sun‘s Duncan Wright, Jose Mourinho is getting ready to “revolutionise” his squad in the summer following a campaign plagued by injury. However, with chairman Daniel Levy calling the shots from up top, supporters are just not buying it.

While the north London outfit have spent big recently on the likes of Steven Bergwijn and Tanguy Ndombele, Levy has not always been that generous in the transfer market, to say the least. Under his regime, Tottenham, of course, infamously went a whole year without signing a single player.

Ultimately, some Tottenham fans do not trust him, causing them to have serious doubts about Mourinho’s transfer plans for the summer.

Yeah we’ve heard it all before with Levy. We won’t win anything until him and Lewis are gone.

Clearly Mourinho doesn’t know Levy!!! Significant investment for this leadership group consists of £50M plus any sales. JM will look to offload a number of players but this club needs at least 3x spend this summer just to keep Kane and Son committed to the project Good luck JM!!
