Lots of Tottenham Hotspur supporters replied to a tweet from fan account @thespursweb, after reports emerged that Spurs are reconsidering their interest in Andre Onana, according to De Telegraaf.
Tottenham had initially reached out to Onana’s represntatives, but are now weighing up their options, and Jose Mourinho’s side have decided to keep their faith in Hugo Lloris instead. Premier League rivals Chelsea are also keen to sign the Cameroonian shot-stopper in the summer.

Lloris has arguably struggled between the sticks as of late, although he has been awarded a statistical rating of 6.96 via SofaScore, and it seems the board are prepared to give the veteran goalkeeper a second chance.
On the other hand, the 24-year-old has played in 24 games in the Eredivisie, conceding 0.9 goals on average, making 2.1 saves per game, and receiving a lower SofaScore rating of 6.91. Onana’s market value is priced at £32.4m per Transfermarkt.
Plenty of Spurs fans have been reacting to this latest transfer news on Twitter, with one supporter bitterly noting “Levy couldn’t get him for £3.75.”
