Tottenham Hotspur are keen on signing Fulham striker Aleksandar Mitrovic in the January transfer window, that is according to a report from 90min.

It is suggested that Spurs tried to sign the Serbian international in the summer but failed with their bid. However, they have reportedly now returned with a fresh enquiry after it was confirmed that Harry Kane has suffered a hamstring tear (BBC Sport).
Fulham are said to be desperate not to lose the 25-year-old this month as it would seriously impact their chances of gaining promotion to the Premier League. Indeed he is their top goal scorer this term with 18 strikes in just 25 Championship appearances (Transfermarkt).
But that has not stopped Spurs from registering an interest in the frontman, with them now accelerating their search for a new forward following Kane’s injury.
If they did manage to bring in Mitrovic then he would certainly be a popular signing amongst the club’s fanbase. Indeed many have taken to Twitter to admit that they would love to see the Serbian join…

At 25 probably a good option as back up to Kane. Aggressive, good hold up play and can finish as well. Probably get him for £20m as well #THFC https://t.co/gNPkQSzxge
