Tottenham Hotspur boss Jose Mourinho is ready to ring changes as Serge Aurier is set to leave north London this summer, reports say.
Tottenham are prepared to get rid of the right-back as both AC Milan and AS Monaco are considering signing Aurier.
According to The Mirror’s chief football writer John Cross, Mourinho is making plans for a defensive overhaul in the summer.
Spurs veteran Jan Vertonghen left the club as a free agent, while Kyle Walker-Peters is poised to stay at Southampton, and the the 60-cap Ivory Coast international could be about to follow suit.
Recent reports suggested Aurier has already agreed to move to the San Siro Stadium but Cross claims there is still some way to go until his wish is granted.

The Rossoneri must offload either Davide Calabria or Andrea Conti before they can buy the Ivory Coast captain, while the Lilywhites need to look for a replacement.
Aurier hasn’t had it easy in north London even though he has established himself as the Portuguese’s first-choice in that position.
The 27-year-old wants to leave the club and is reluctant to sign a new deal. However, Daniel Levy is demanding Milan pay €25m (£23m), which is the price he paid Paris Saint-Germain three years ago, but the Italians are trying to drive down his demands.
The Lilywhites may decide to look at other offers if Levy doesn’t get what he wants, while Monaco’s recruitment is now overseen by former Spurs chief Paul Mitchell, who is keen for the Ivorian to return to Ligue 1.
