Tottenham are stuck in an injury crisis that threatens to derail an already underwhelming season. Indeed, Moussa Sissoko and Harry Kane are both ruled out recently, with the latter’s injury particularly damaging to their aspirations this season given his obvious importance.
Simply put, Spurs could struggle without captain Kane’s goals. So far, he’s scored 11 of their 36 goals in the Premier League this season (via TransferMarkt), and no other player in the squad can match his 2.8 shots per game this season in the Premier League (via WhoScored).
As a result, Jose Mourinho is on the lookout for reinforcements up front, being linked to the likes of PSG’s Edinson Cavani, as per the Independent recently. Now, given the South American’s track record in the French capital, that could be considered an exciting link, though he isn’t the only striker mentioned.
In fact, another man touted as a short-term option is ex-Spurs striker Fernando Llorente. The Spaniard left the club for Napoli in the summer, and has made 21 appearances for the Italian club so far. However, his game time has been limited, averaging just 26.7 minutes every time he pulls on the shirt (via TransferMarkt).

think its a nice gesture and spurs should take it, right now spurs dont look to appealing to targets, so games need to be won to bring interest bk. The new manager moral has left the team and the same probs poch had still exist players need to be bought
