Queens Park Rangers have rejected an offer from Crystal Palace for Tottenham Hotspur target Eberechi Eze this summer, according to reports.
Tottenham have been told that the QPR star will cost at least £20m but it is understood that Palace's bid was significantly lower at around £12m with additional add-ons.
According to The Guardian, Mark Warburton's side are demanding £16m for Eze, amid interest from West Brom and West Ham.

Spurs manager Jose Mourinho knows that he needs to strengthen in the transfer market, as his side struggled to score during Harry Kane’s absence. Unlike some of his other competitors, his funds will likely be limited, and the Portuguese may have to pursue bargains, free agents and swap deals in the summer.
The Lilywhites have been linked with the attacking midfielder for several months, as Eze has been described as one of the best players in the Championship.
It is understood that West Brom have held informal talks with the R's last week, while Palace will return with a brand-new bid as they have been monitoring his progress for some time.
The England under-21 international has admitted that he wants to "play at the highest level", which in theory should give Spurs an advantage as they will be able to offer European football if they can come through the qualifying rounds of the Europa League.
Whether or not he'd be guaranteed playing time in north London is another matter entirely, so he may decide that he wants to move elsewhere first to aid his development.
Regardless, Daniel Levy will have to act quickly if Mourinho wants to get his man, as Palace, West Brom and West Ham remain in contention.
