[video] Di Matteo & Betrand Post Match Thoughts

Two goals up and then to finish two a piece isn’t the Chelsea way. But this was all about Juventus refusing to stop believing that they were ever out of the game.

Roberto di Matteo

Roberto Di Matteo admitted that he was disappointed not to pick up all three points after being in a dominant position.

“It was a very good football game and both teams could have won it,” he told Sky Sports.

“We had chances with a third goal to close the game but I think it was probably a deserved draw.

“We found ourselves in a great position to win the game and we only got a draw but we knew we were playing a quality side who have a lot of good players.

“We feel a little deflated because we were ahead but it’s going to be a tough group and we get on to the next game now,” he concluded.

Chelsea return to domestic action with a match-up against Stoke at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.

Well now, when it comes to football, one man has for many years been the most noticeable, the most controversial, and occasionally the most successful blogger this country has ever produced. His pithy words and abrasive style make him as famous off the pitch as he is on it. This man is Escapini. "I love football. Football she's a cruel mistress. She's, she's more than a mistress. She's a wife, she's a mother, she's a daughter, she's an errant child. She's a… she's a… she can make you laugh, she make you cry. She can bring tears me eyes. She can bring blood to me shoulders. She can bring a kettle to the boil." "Cause football is about nothing, unless it's about something and what it is about, is football."
