He has compared the midfielder to Glenn Hoddle because “you could not say if he was left or right footed. And Santi Cazorla is similar on that front. I don’t remember anyone else I have worked with who was two-footed as much as those two.”

Although Wenger believes that it’s too early to say whether Cazorla will have the same impact as Cesc Fabregas did on the club, he has happy with the Spaniard’s start to life in the Premier League.
