When Aberdeen marched to a famous win over old rivals Rangers a number of weeks ago, the Transfer Tavern was full of celebrating Dons.
With the Gers now in the top flight of Scottish football, the fiery flames of the rivalry can be reignited once more.
James Maddison wrote his name into Pittodrie folklore following a stunning free-kick that sealed a big win for the home side, much to the delight of the Dons fans.
Now, a video has emerged on Twitter with a trio of big stars waxing poetic about that set-piece.
When asked, Tim Sherwood, John Collins AND Craig Bellamy agree in unison that the 19-year-old’s strike was the best they’ve seen in recent times.
Obviously, the latter two share strong links with two of the Glasgow outfit’s biggest rivals, the likes of Celtic and Hibernian.

Quite what Sherwood was doing with them remains to be seen, though his comments are likely to earn even the unlikeable ‘Tactics Tim’ some plaudits in the Granite City.
