‘We don’t care’ - Chelsea fans hijack club Twitter post to demand big change

The Chelsea fans in the Transfer Tavern are getting sick and tired of waiting for the news on whether Antonio Conte will be keeping his job as the Blues manager. The club today posted the second part of an exclusive interview with N’Golo Kante, only for the post to be bombarded with replies, demanding an update on Conte’s future and the appointment of a new gaffer.

The future of Antonio Conte has been up in the air for a number of months now, and Chelsea fans are up in arms over it. The Italian gaffer has won the Premier League and the FA Cup in his two seasons at Stamford Bridge, although this season’s 5th placed finish has had our local Blues fuming over the Italian and demanding he gets the boot, with Maurizio Sarri the expected replacement as the Napoli man is set to make his Naples exit.

Whoever takes over in West London has a serious job on their hands. Chelsea currently have a number of players who are below the standards of the club and could do with a revamp of the squad. Meanwhile, Eden Hazard has been a long-term target of Real Madrid and the job of either tying him down to a contract or finding a replacement for him will be a tough one, which is why the fans are getting so irate about the situation at the club at the moment.
