Wenger must attempt to sign 1 of these 2 strikers next week for Arsenal

Premier League outfit Arsenal came back from the brink on Tuesday evening when they came from 3-0 down to secure a point at Bournemouth, who somehow manager to implode after looking certain to claim a massive scalp.

The Gunners supporters here in the Tavern are looking for their team to improve over the second half of the season, with Arsene Wenger’s men in a real fight to secure a top four finish.

A group of ardent Arsenal fans are growing increasingly frustrated with Wenger and his underachievement’s, with many claiming that should the Gunners fail to claim a place in the Champions League, then the French boss will end his long association as manager of the Gunners.

With January now upon us the Arsenal faithful in the Tavern are hopeful that Wenger might go against tradition and spend big this month.

Lee Clarke looks at two strikers who the Gunners should like to sign sooner rather than later.

Munir El Haddadi

The Barcelona striker is finding it hard to break into the Catalan club’s first-team and a January move would be good for all parties.

El Haddadi has made his debut for the Spain national team and his talent are clear for all to see, with the fact that he is only 21-years-old likely to appeal to Wenger.

One Arsenal fan is sat chatting with the landlord here in the Tavern and he thinks that Munir would be a risk for the club, although he would be happy to see the Gunners go in for the player.

Alexandre Lacazette

The French striker has been on the radar of Arsenal for a while and the Gunners would be wise to make a move for the player this January.

The Lyon man has netted 13 goals from 15 appearances this season and he would come with a superb pedigree of scoring goals.

One Arsenal fan is sat with his pals here in the Transfer Tavern and he thinks that Lacazette could push the Gunners towards a serious title push in future years.
