Sead Kolasinac
The 24-year-old was Arsene Wenger’s first summer recruit and has been lauded for his versatility and impressive performances with Schalke in the Bundesliga. The Bosnian proved to be one of the best players at Schalke, regarded for his terrific defensive involvement, particularly his tackling quality. He’s rather traditional in his approach to his defensive work, and he always looks to tackle his opponents.
Kolasinac will augment the standard of Arsenal’s defence as they look to return to the Champions League at the earliest opportunity. It is likely that the Bosnian centre-back will be a significant first-team player for the Gunners. Consequently, he should be awarded his debut as soon as possible to ensure that he familiarises himself with the physical demands of English football.
