In recent years, Arsenal dealings in the transfer market have brought a lot of criticism upon the shoulders of Arsene Wenger.
After spending the necessary funds on marquee signings, our Arsenal supporters here at the Transfer Tavern remain satisfied with the club’s recent expenditure.
However much money has already been spent, there is a growing belief here at the Transfer Tavern that the 67-year-old should make a few more adequate signings this winter.
With Tottenham’s impressive French line-up, goalkeeper Hugo Lloris remains the most consistent goalkeeper in the Premier League but unfortunately, applies his trade across the way at Tottenham Hotspur.
Arsenal’s record with French players is highly impressive, and here are TWO more of Les Blues stars Wenger should consider this January…
Adrien Rabiot

The 21-year-old midfielder’s name has been touted a lot here in the Transfer Tavern, and our landlord thinks he’d suit Arsenal down to a T.
At his young age, Rabiot is excelling for Paris Saint Germain, and his attributes make him a perfect player for the Premier League.
His composure and calmness in the centre of the park are second to none.
Adam Ounas

The 19-year-old attacking midfielder currently plies his trade for Ligue 1 side Bordeaux, and is one of the most exciting talents emerging from France.
Our landlord here in the Transfer Tavern has likened Ounas to Leicester winger Riyad Mahrez, as he’s adept at dribbling and attacking opposition defences with pace.
The young Frenchman could be the perfect player to inject a new dimension of attacking flair to Wenger’s side.
