The move to the London Stadium has been a relatively uneasy one for the West Ham fans in the Transfer Tavern, who’ve watched their beloved side struggle pretty much all season.
Amid problems both on and off the pitch, the Irons were recently met with further reports making them feel slightly nervous, this time in regards to star turn Dimitri Payet.
The Frenchman is understood to have refused to close the door on a potential exit from the Hammers while speaking to French TV.
Still, the London Evening Standard claim the east Londoners are plotting a double raid on capital counterparts Chelsea, much to the delight of the drinkers propping up the bar.
They claim both Cesc Fabregas and Branislav Ivanovic are targets as the New Year sales edge ever closer, with both men struggling for game time at Stamford Bridge under Antonio Conte.
The former has only started one game all season, while the latter has lost his place in the starting XI after the recent formation change under the Italian.
