In what has so far been a poor season for West Ham supporters, it seems not matter how much they try, Arthur Masuaku just won’t get into the starting XI.
Wishing a very happy birthday to @ArthurMasuaku!

The left-back celebrated his 26th birthday yesterday, and to mark the occasion, West Ham’s official Twitter account posted an appreciation post for Masuaku, who has been in and out of the Hammers starting XI this season as stats from Transfermarkt show, with the former Olympiakos defender starting just six games in all competitions.
As well as some fans wishing the DR Congo international a happy birthday, other supporters thought it would be a good way to plead with the club to start Masuaku in this weekend’s Premier League clash against Burnley, with West Ham heading to Turf Moor on the back of a 3-2 defeat to Newcastle (per BBC Sport).
Here’s what some West Ham fans had to say about the club’s birthday post for Masuaku, with supporters using the tweet as a way to get their message across that they want to see the French-born defender in the starting XI…
Play him
— Josh (@JoshVernege) No
Maybe try playing him at left wing lads, or at all.

What a lovely birthday present it would be to the guy if you actually picked him ahead of our oldest and slowest player eh?!! But then I guess that wouldn’t be very #WestHam
