West Ham United are hoping to sign Brentford winger Said Benrahma, much to the excitement of many Irons supporters.
According to Claret and Hugh, and as tweeted by @whufc_news, Benrahma is expected to fly back to London tonight or tomorrow and could have a medical with West Ham as soon as he returns, with the Hammers hoping that he will pen a five-year contract.
Benrahma had a terrific campaign last season for the Bees as he scored 17 goals and also supplied nine assists, per WhoScored. He often proved a menace for opposition defences as he averaged 3.8 shots, 2.1 key passes and three successful dribbles per game.

West Ham’s wide options have been depleted by the loan exit of Felipe Anderson to FC Porto and the permanent sale of academy prospect Grady Diangana to West Brom, which left many Irons fans and some players infuriated. As such, Benrahma could be the perfect addition to bring some quality to the attack.
