Moyes drops seven-word transfer hint
Indeed, dropping a subtle seven-word hint over potential moves, Moyes stated ‘we’ll continue trying to build a squad‘ – even despite remaining cagey over outright declaring his intentions.
As he confirms a message of backing from West Ham’s controversial owners, who said they will help if required, the cards appear to fall on Moyes’ table as he is given the choice to chase January signings depending on his personal belief over whether the Hammers need an injection of quality.
West Ham have been touted to bring in a left-back, with strong links to Oleksandr Zinchenko recently emerging, whilst a striker also remains heavily on the agenda according to whispers in the media.
Who could the Hammers sign?
Olivier Giroud, who recently declared a possible intention to leave Chelsea in favour of guaranteed playing time, has been linked with a move across the capital to east London.
Whether or not Moyes gives the go ahead for January incomings remains to be seen, but he has refused to rule it out with this seven-word hint whilst confirming GSB’s stance.
