According to a report by Football Insider, West Ham United and GSB have made contact over potentially signing Dinamo Zagreb forward Mislav Orsic in the summer - with plenty of Irons erupting as this 'mad' news emerges.
Orsic, who has bagged an impressive 19 goals in all competitions this season (Transfermarkt), is also attracting interest from Arsenal as FI claim that West Ham could enter a transfer battle over the player.
An Irons source told the outlet that GSB have already made an enquiry for the 28-year-old, coming after he dismantled Tottenham Hotspur in a memorable Europa League tie.
Indeed, the 28-year-old bagged a hat-trick to knock Jose Mourinho's men out of Europe - with supporters now wowed as links emerge to his possible signing.
One Hammers fan even called the story 'mad', and given their interest has only recently came to light following his noteworthy Europa League outing, it could be considered a surprising development.
