Having been asked a question on what their thoughts about Diafra Sakho were, it seems a number of West Ham United fans had a varied response.

COYIrons asked their followers on Twitter about their ex-forward and it appeared to get a number of them talking about the 30-year-old.
Indeed, the former Senegal international appeared to have a decent start to life with The Hammers, as he managed to bag himself 12 goals in his debut campaign across all competitions (per TransferMarkt). However, things then started to go downhill for him, there on after.
Sakho only managed to bag another 12 goals over the next two seasons as he recorded a total of 24 in his 71 appearances across the Premier League, domestic cup competitions and the Europa League for the Irons (as per TransferMarkt).
With those figures in mind, perhaps it is easy to understand why fans had felt the now-free agent had some untapped potential and that he was arguably a great player for them. One even suggested that the forward had been the best they have had leading the line since Dean Ashton – a man who notched up 19 goals in 56 appearances for the club (per TransferMarkt).
Nonetheless, some did not quite forget his off-field antics, with the forward leaving a £200,000 car at the training ground when he departed the London Stadium outfit for Rennes (per The Daily Mail).
