Loads of Wolverhampton Wanderers fans have been discussing former Liverpool player now pundit Stan Collymore’s view that Philippe Coutinho would help the Midlands club if he signed for them.
Speaking in his Daily Mirror column, the 49-clear old described Wolves, like Everton and West Ham United, as a tier-two club whose usual aim is to finish between sixth and eighth, but said that he would not suit Chelsea.
Collymore claimed that Coutinho would put bums on seats and sell the notion to supporters that their club is working hard to break into the Champions League. but the ex-Premier League man claimed that the 27-year old is not going to help a team that is already there get any better, because according to Collymore he is one of the most overrated attacking midfielders in the game.
The £50.4m-valued man is currently on loan at Bayern Munich from Barcelona and has scored nine goals and provided eight assists in 32 appearances in all competitions so far this season, as per Transfermarkt.
