Many Wolverhampton Wanderers fans have been discussing the potential transfer of Facundo Pellistri after reports from AS (via Talking Wolves) stated that the Midlands club have moved in for him.
As per the outlet, the youngster has serious interest from top European clubs including Real Madrid and Manchester City.
The 18-year old currently plays his football out in his native country of Uruguay for CA Penarol, and has made 25 appearances for them in all competitions, scoring one goal and providing three assists, according to Transfermarkt.
One WWFC supporter stated that the winger could be a replacement for Adama Traore, and based on the latter’s stats in this season, this may prove difficult. The 24-year old wins 9.8 duels per Premier League game, and also averages 5.1 successful dribbles and 1.4 key passes, netting four times and making seven assists, as per Sofascore.
