Wolverhampton Wanderers: Fans fume over Pedro Neto comments

Loads of Wolverhampton Wanderers fans are fuming at comments made by Pedro Neto after Talking Wolves relayed them on their Twitter page.

The 20-year old admitted that he would like to play for a ‘top club’ in the future and whilst he describes Wolves as a ‘big club’, it is perhaps not where Neto sees himself playing forever based on the tone of the sentence. He also mentioned how he wants to take a leap and also revealed that he would like to win titles or play in the Champions League. He signed off by saying, ‘I want to try everything’.

The Wanderers currently sit in sixth place in the Premier League table and whilst they will not be able to win the title this season, they still stand a realistic chance of Champions League football for next campaign, as per the BBC.

They are also in with a shot of winning the Europa League, which would provide another route into the Champions League. They are currently waiting on if and when they will play their last-16 second leg against Olympiacos at Molineux after drawing the first match away 1-1, indicentally thanks to a strike from Neto, as per Sky Sports.

Nevertheless, these supporters were fuming at the comments from the Portuguese, with one fan even branding him a ‘snake‘:
