Wolves: Fans jubilant over Jonny Otto new contract

Many Wolves fans offered their congratulations to Jonny Otto after he signed a new contract.

The club made an official announcement on Wednesday which confirmed that the 26-year-old has committed his future to Nuno Espirito Santo’s side until 2025.

Jonny has only featured in one half of Wolves’ Premier League games this season after suffering cruciate ligament damage back in August, missing a total of 26 games during that timeframe (Transfermarkt).

Since arriving from Atletico Madrid, initially on loan in 2018, Jonny has gone on to score three goals and provide five assists from 88 appearances and remains a big fan favourite at Wolves.

Unsurprisingly, some supporters were overjoyed with the update and rushed to Jonny’s Twitter feed to offer their well-wishes to the Spaniard.
