Loads of Wolves fans have been reacting to some comments from Patrick Cutrone, as the 22 year-old spoke out about his time at Molineux.
Nearly everything has gone right for Wolves in recent transfer markets, with the likes of Adama Traore, Raul Jimenez and Ruben Neves blossoming under Nuno Espirito Santo and likely doubling their market value in the process. One move that simply didn’t work out though was the £16m capture of Cutrone, whose time with the club was all rather baffling.
The 22 year-old arrived as a highly-rated young prospect and was expected to play deputy to Jimenez, but the Mexico star proved simply un-droppable and the former AC Milan man was left with the scraps, playing just 291 minutes of Premier League action.
He joined Fiorentina on an 18-month loan deal, and now Gazzetta dello Sport, via Talking Wolves, have reported his views on his time in the Midlands: “I went to Wolverhampton with a lot of enthusiasm. The fans loved me, they dedicated a chant to me. In the end, I scored three goals from few minutes played, but I found a manager who preferred to rely on his loyalists.”
You can find some of the best Twitter reactions down below, where some fans understand the comments while others feel he ‘spat his dummy out’…
Obviously he’s gonna frustrated when he’s done well when given a chance yet still gets limited opportunities. However with how Raul plays its perfectly understandable from Nuno. Comments are understandable but best for everyone he moved on

The likes of Saiss, Bennett even Traore all had to bide their time and prove their worth. Seems like Cutrone just spat his dummy out #wwfc

First rule of fight club. We don’t talk. This says it all. Whatever is said the fact he says anything is why you’re not here.
