Loads of Wolves fans are drooling over the form of Willy Boly, as they saw their side keep a fourth consecutive clean sheet thanks to the return of the towering Frenchman.
If there was one complaint you could have about Nuno Espirito Santo’s side this season it would be the lack of clean sheets, but it appears as though that issue was all down to the absence of Boly. Indeed, Tim Spiers shared a stunning stat on Twitter after the win against Norwich, showing just how badly the side missed Boly in his absence.

The 29-year-old returned from injury in the 0-0 draw against Manchester United, and has since featured in a goalless affair against Leicester and emphatic wins over Espanyol and the Canaries. According to Sofascore, the 6 foot 5 ace was at his imperious best on Sunday, winning 100% of his aerial duels and making three tackles.

Hard not to wonder how much higher we’d be up the table if he hadn’t been injured 😢

Got to be one of the first times a player has actually improved while out injured. Looks sleeker, more athletic and even more powerful and comfortable. Makes us a much better team
