Lots of Wolves fans have been left bemoaning some injury news on Yerson Mosquera.

As per the official website of the Midlands club, the central defender will now face a lengthy spell out after it was confirmed that he needs surgery on his hamstring.

He made his senior debut last week, but it was unfortunately cut short after just ten minutes because of his injury.

The medical team have given a guideline of around '4-5 months' before Mosquera could fully recover and regain his fitness, while both Pedro Neto and Jonny Otto also face lengthy spells out on the sidelines at the moment.

It is such a shame especially for Mosquera, who would have hoped to hit the ground running following his arrival at Molineux in the summer transfer window.
