Many Wolves fans have been slamming the performance of Nelson Semedo in the first half of their game away at Southampton on Sunday afternoon.

The Portugal international missed a golden chance to score in the first minute of the match after being put through on goal, only to hit his shot straight at Saints goalkeeper Alex McCarthy.

He also struggled at times defensively as the hosts got in on his side to create chances to score on more than one occasion in the first half at St Mary's.

With Ki-Jana Hoever on the bench, Semedo will need to put in a much better performance in the second half if he is to keep his place at right wing-back.
