Many Wolves fans have been giving their thoughts as news emerged about Patrick Cutrone.

As per The Express & Star, the 23-year-old has returned to the Midlands for pre-season training and hopes to have his future sorted out soon.

Cutrone has not had the best of times at Molineux, scoring a mere three goals in 28 games in all competitions across the last two seasons (loan to both Fiorentina and Valencia.

However, given the nasty head injury that Raul Jimenez picked up last November, which consequently ruled him out for the remainder of the season, new manager Bruno Lage may want to give the Italian a chance to impress, potentially as a backup striker to the Mexico international.
