Many Wolves fans have been left buzzing at an update that Tim Spiers has relayed regarding Raul Jimenez.
As per a tweet from The Athletic journalist, Nuno Espirito Santo said “I’m totally confident, for sure” in response as to whether the former Benfica star would be able to play for the Midlands club again in the 2020/21 term.
Will Jimenez leave Wolves in the summer?
Jimenez suffered a nasty head injury in the 2-1 away win at Arsenal back in November of last year after a clash with David Luiz and has been out of the team ever since with a fractured skull.
In the 18 games that he has missed in total over all competitions, the Molineux outfit have only managed to win just six of them, and they have also been knocked out of the FA Cup (Transfermarkt).
The Mexico international is clearly a very important player for them, as WWFC supporters will be hoping that he can make his return as soon as possible.
