Wolverhampton Wanderers striker Patrick Cutrone is a wanted man in Italy right now.
After his early return from Serie A club Fiorentina following a forgetful spell, it looks as if he could be on his way out of the Molineux exit door for the second time and back to his homeland.
Cutrone destined for Molineux exit
The 23-year-old failed to get on the scoresheet with La Viola and did not start a single game for them, averaging a match rating of just 6.01 (Whoscored).
But according to journalist Gianluca Di Marzio (via Tutto Udinese), Udinese are now in pole position to sign the Italian centre-forward after initially looking like he was heading to Parma.

The report added that discussions with the Pozzo family, owners of Parma, broke down which gives I Bianconeri the initiative.
Cutrone, who earns £63k-per-week (spotrac), has made just two outings as a substitute since his return to Molineux before the club announced the signing of Willian Jose on loan in Raul Jimenez’s absence.

His future in the West Midlands was always going to look slimmer since Nuno brought in his latest addition to the squad – slipping him further down the pecking order.
Cutrone is still young and has plenty of time to perfect his game, and was unfortunate at Fiorentina not to be given the opportunity to showcase his ability.
That being said, things will hopefully be different from now until the end of the season – perhaps a successful loan spell is exactly what he needs to get his stalling career back on track.
