This weekend the Transfer Tavern will be jam packed full of a flurry of Arsenal and Tottenham fans, as the two North London clubs collide this Sunday…
This Super Sunday we get to witness a side yet to taste defeat in the Premier League play against a side who are joint top of the Premier League… and something has to give at the Emirates stadium.
Both side have been stand out teams so far this campaign with both being tipped for the title come May.
Every time the two clubs meet there is some kind of drama and after Arsenal managed to clinch 2nd spot from Spurs last season – Tottenham will be surely looking to get revenge on their not so distant neighbours.
We here at the Tavern have been thinking about the three players of whom will make the biggest impact on the game.
With that, here are the THREE players we fell you should look out for this Sunday when Arsenal face Tottenham in the North London derby.
ALEXIS SANCHEZ

This seems like an obvious choice with the Chilean performing so well, but with him likely to have a partner in Giroud this weekend at Tottenham, it’ll be interesting to see Sanchez playing back on the wing like he’s used to.
The thought of Alexis Sanchez taking on Kyle Walker in a foot race seems very exciting to us here at the Tavern, and we reckon Sanchez could make a massive difference in the game – and be very important for the Gunners this Sunday
OLIVIER GIROUD

After making a scoring return in both the League and Champions League – it is very likely that Giroud will be favoured against Tottenham this Sunday.
With a point to prove after seemingly being dropped at the early stages of the season, the 29-year-old will want to prove all his critics and Wenger wrong and we wouldn’t be surprised if the Frenchman made a big difference for his side against Spurs.
HARRY KANE

Another player set to make a return in this fixture is Harry Kane – the English striker has been out injured for the past few weeks and has been sorely missed.
Despite still being unbeaten, Tottenham have lacked a bit of bite up top and that’s why they’ve found themselves on the end of a number of recent draws.
They may well still be unbeaten but they need to get back to winning ways if they are to try and push for the title again this season, and the resurgence of Kane could help inspire his side to victory against Arsenal.
