The Argentinian manager has brought through a number of young talents into the starting XI this season and they look to be the number one side to challenge Leicester City’s title bid.
But, the Lilywhite’s are likely to find themselves in unchartered territory next season in Europe’s top competition.

Harry Kane
The talismanic Englishman has scored 22 league goals this season for Spurs, making it over the 20-goal mark for a second successive season.
Kane put pen-to-paper for a further five-and-half years with Spurs in February, but has been linked to big money moves away to Manchester United and Real Madrid.
It’s well documented that Harry Kane is a Tottenham fan and the Spurs faithful will be confident that with Champions League football all but secured, it is unlikely Kane will be lured away from his beloved side.
But it seems there is no cap on lavish pay rates for the big boys in this era of football and a Kane exit means Spurs have the summer to fill the void that has epitomised their success of recent years. Harry Kane is a priceless asset and has scored a league high 39% of his teams goal’s this season.
Christian Eriksen
Christian Eriksen has often come under criticism for a lack of effort this season.
But did you know, there are only three players in the Premier League in the 2015/16 campaign who have a higher distance covered per-game ratio.
Couple that with the Dane’s vision and set piece prowess and Spurs have an invaluable treasure in the form of Christian Eriksen and there’s a reason he’s played every game but one this season in the league.
He has the ability to dictate the tempo of match and has a knack of finding late goals to win games.
Real Madrid are set to come knocking in the summer with pundits alike believing he would be a measurable fit. Pochettino will know the importance of Eriksen and will put up a fierce battle to keep him.
Hugo Lloris
Another massive fan favourite, who has been linked with Paris Saint German and Real Madrid since his first season between the Spurs sticks.
At 26, Lloris is in his prime years and there would have been no bitterness from fans if the Frenchman had left to find Champions League football elsewhere.
Lloris showed great loyalty by staying in North London and looks set to be rewarded next season.
That said, a lucrative deal is enough to steer the most noble of footballers away from a beloved club and with Paris Saint German in particular, Lloris would have a chance to play in his home country once more.
Spurs have been looking to find an answer to legend Erik Thorstvedt for almost two decades; Lloris is that answer and to lose him would be to lose a world class player, arguably the only one in the Spurs squad.
