Manchester United are set for a summer overhaul having appointed former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho as their new manager.
With the Portuguese is set to come a flood of Europe’s finest players, potentially including the likes of the enigmatic Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Germany’s Julien Draxler. Valencia’s highly rated midfielder Andre Gomes, Raphael Varane and Paul Pogba are a few of many that make up the Red Devil’s mouth watering hit list.
The question on the lips of many – if United are indeed to attract themselves such a plethora of world stars – is what happens to those players at the club who guided United to their first silverware in 3 seasons by winning the FA Cup?
Former manager Louis Van Gaal had seemingly turned the tide on the clubs fortunes half way through last campaign when he introduced a number of young players into his squad.
Marcus Rashford and Jesse Lingard were the stand-out pair in what became a fresh-faced and more energetic United.
Jose Mourinho is not famed for playing young players, so it seems there is little room for such youngsters at Old Trafford next season.
A number of Premier League clubs could benefit from United and Mourinho’s potential failure to acknowledge their own talent, one of those being the Portuguese’s old club Chelsea.
Antonio Conte should keep his beady eye on the proceedings at United, as he could find himself a steal if the Reds’ youngsters look elsewhere for the promise of first team football.
Our landlord has given us FOUR United youngsters that the Italy manager should look to sign this summer ……

Marcus Rashford

If the rumours are to be true that Zlatan Ibrahimovic is to be re-united with his old pal Jose Mourinho and lead the line at United next season, where does that leave poor Marcus Rashford?
The teenager and an unexpected but sensational first campaign, and earned himself an England call up for Euro 2016.
Rashford plays with a maturity and calmness far beyond his years, and would be an excellent addition to the Blue’s striking options.
Ashley Fletcher

Can’t get Marcus Rashford but want another young, exciting striker with a proven record of scoring goals?
Look no further. Ashley
Fletcher joined Barnsley on loan in January, and netted an impressive 9 times for the League 1 side, including the opening goal in their League 1 play-off final victory over Millwall. 2 goals in 2 England U-20 appearances is also good reading for any potential suitors.
Jesse Lingard

Lingard must consider himself desperately unlucky not to have been given the nod for England at Euro 2016 this summer.
While Marcus Rashford may have stolen the headlines, Lingard was just as impressive – offering energy and dynamism to United going forward.
The Red Devils generally looked a better side with Lingard on the field, but it seems there will be little room for the under-appreciated forward next season.
Demetri Mitchell

United may just lose all of their young attacking talent at this rate, but young Demetri Mitchell is another promising winger that Jose Mourinho may have at his disposal next season.
Likened to Ryan Giggs, Mitchell has pace and skill in abundance and is at his best when driving at defenders with the ball.
Or ….. none!

One final option: Chelsea have possibly the most talented and promising youth squad in the country – if not Europe – right under their nose.
Rather than look elsewhere, Antonio Conte could and should look to the Bridge itself for his next generation of Chelsea stars.
