Leicester have stolen the hearts of the neutrals this season, but we’ve taken a look at who will be remembered for years to come now that their fairy tale story is complete.
Following their enthralling 1-1 draw against Manchester United at Old Trafford, Tottenham had to beat Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
But despite their 2-0 lead at half time, they failed to keep their hopes of winning the Premier League title alive after a resurgent Chelsea side scored two goals in the second half, giving the Foxes the title.
What Claudio Ranieri and his men have achieved is one of the greatest stories in world football, and to put it into perspective Manchester United have spent more in the last two years on players, than Leicester have in their whole history as a football club.

Wes Morgan
We will start with Wes Morgan, the man who captained the Foxes to this magnificent triumph.
Eight years ago he was playing in League One for Nottingham Forest and now he has become the first Jamaican international to win the Premier League.
Leicester’s defence has been integral to their title-winning success this season and the 32-year-old has been at the heart of their back line, forming a resilient partnership with Robert Huth, which has seen Kasper Schmeichel keep 15 clean sheets.
Not only that, but he’s also chipped in with two crucial goals late on in the campaign.
Morgan’s leadership on the field seems to be the driving force behind their work ethic and team spirit
N’Golo Kante
Punters in the Tavern still cannot get over the fact Claudio Ranieri managed to snap up N’Golo Kante in the summer for £5.2 million from Caen.
The midfielder has an unmatchable work rate and seems to cover every blade of grass, which is impressive considering the modern-day defensive midfielder hardly steps foot in the opposition’s final third.
It seems as though he can tackle anyone in the league and his accurate passing has been the springboard in plenty of attacks this season.
His impressive season has led to Sir Alex Ferguson labelling him as the best player in the league whilst his performances have been rewarded with a call up to the French team from Didier Deschamps.
Danny Drinkwater
Kante’s partner in crime is Danny Drinkwater.
Drinkwater has seven Premier League assists to his name this season and his vision and range of passing have helped Leicester unlock the door of many defences this term.
The 26-year-old, like Kante, has been rewarded for his performances with Leicester with an international call up, after Roy Hodgson handed him his debut against Holland.
And it’s no surprise that this industrial midfielder has picked up the nickname “puppet master” in the dressing room as he has dictated the tempo throughout the season for the Foxes.
Riyad Mahrez
What more needs to be said about the PFA Player of the Year, Riyad Mahrez?
The Algerian international has undoubtedly been the most exciting player in the Premier League this season and if thought Kante was a steal at £5.2 million, well, the Foxes snapped up Mahrez for a measly £400,000.
His stats in the top flight speak themselves, he’s scored 17 goals and provided 10 assists, making Mesut Ozil the only man in the league to have more assists than him.
Jamie Vardy
And who else but Jamie Vardy?
You may have heard it before, but here is the striker’s wonderful tale, which is set to be made into a Hollywood movie.
It was only four years ago when he was playing in non league for Fleetwood Town and he has now transformed into the one of the most dangerous strikers in England.
He has gone onto break Ruud van Nistelrooy’s goalscoring record with 11 goals in successive matches as he has gone on to score 22 goals this season, cementing his position in the England side ahead of the Euros in France.
