It’s another glum Monday for Manchester United fans inside the Football Transfer Tavern, as their dreadful start to 2014 continued with a 3-1 defeat to Chelsea on Sunday.
What was perhaps most concerning for United fans was that Chelsea were by no means at their best, and yet still ran out comfortable winners over David Moyes side.
The result has simply strengthened the idea that United need to add January reinforcements, and as soon as possible.

But Moyes was dealt another transfer blow, with the news the 22-year-old has signed a new deal at Atletico, putting to bed any speculation linking him with a move to Old Trafford.
