Jamie Vardy
Perhaps one of the more obvious choices, Jamie Vardy has been one of the mot clinical strikers in the country this term.
The 29-year old has netted an impressive 19 league goals from 30 appearances, making him the Premier League’s current top goalscorer this term.
His pace and finishing have been one of the essential components of Leicester’s successes this season, with the clubs supporters desperate to dismiss the interest of clubs like Manchester City and Chelsea.
Riyad Mahrez
Another player who has surprised many this season is winger Riyad Mahrez.
The Algerian has an equally impressive 15 league goals this season, but has also been a major provider for the Foxes, with 11 assists.
His goal scoring and creation has been phenomenal this season and if Leicester want to compete on multiple fronts next season, the 25-year old is a must-keep.
N’Golo Kante
One of the more underrated players who quietly goes about his business on the pitch, N’Golo Kante has managed to attract the attentions of France manager Didier Deschamps ahead of the European Championships which will be held in his native county.
The 24-year old’s defensive capabilities have been the springboard for Leiciester’s attacking style, providing reassurance at the back.
The central midfielder has formed the solid backbone of the Leicester team and the given his age, he could be in the Foxes line-up for years to come.
Kasper Schmeichel
Leicester goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel has been another impressive figure in their squad this season.
The former Manchester City stopper has conceded just 31 goals in 30 appearances, accumulating 11 clean sheets in the process.
His shot-stopping has been impressive this season, whilst his distribution ability has contributed to Leicester’s effective counter-attacking style.

Danny Drinkwater is perhaps the most surprising of the players featured in this list, but his contribution has also been invaluable.
