Allardyce is missing a trick not utilising these 2 Crystal Palace fringe players

Our landlord here at the Transfer Tavern has been surprised about just how much Crystal Palace have under performed this season, as they find themselves in a relegation scrap.

Even since sacking Alan Pardew and bringing in ‘Mr Survival’ himself Sam Allardyce they have really struggled.

Indeed, they at last showed some grit and fight last time out against fellow strugglers Middlesbrough with a 1-0 win but there is still a long way to go.

Allardyce and Palace are in real danger of the drop, then, and they really need to change something up in order to be above the dotted line come May!

It’s been surprising that they haven’t tried to utilise the quality they have in their ranks that are on the brink of the starting eleven, especially in the times of need that they are in currently!

With that, then, surely Allardyce is missing a trick not utilising these two Crystal Palace fringe players…

BAKARY SAKO

The former Wolves man has found his time restricted this season under both gaffers, and maybe there is a valid reason for that.

However, our landlord feels he could have been the perfect player to have filled the void left by Yannick Bolasie when he departed for Everton at the start of the season. They both have very similar attributes in that they are quick and powerful and so now might be the time to bring him in.

SULLAY KAIKAI

This lad has been tipped for big things and has had some very successful loan spells away from Selhurst Park so he could be of good use to the club.

Kaikai has great skill and great natural ability to take players on and could really be the type of player that the Eagles need at this time! It’s at this point in the season where a bit of magic or fearlessness gets you out of trouble and Kaikai could be the provider of such.
