Leeds United were left frustrated as the transfer window slammed shut on Thursday evening.
The Whites had been working hard to land Daniel James from Swansea City, however, failed to get a deal over the line.
It has been claimed by The Swans that terms of a move could not be agreed, despite the Wales international having completed his medical at Elland Road successfully.
Fans were upset that the club could not get the deal done, with one taking to Twitter to tell Andrea Radrizzani that they should have signed him before the end of the window.
Of course I would have signed him 1st Jan if possible.

The owner, who is fairly active on the social networking site, responded to the fan by saying Leeds would have done so if it were possible.
Leeds, who are looking to achieve promotion to the Premier League, were keen to add a winger to their ranks and had made the 21-year-old their main priority.
The Verdict:

It will no doubt have been infuriating for Leeds and Marcelo Bielsa to have gotten so close to completing a deal for their main priority.
However, it will now be a case of ‘what could have been’ and The Whites will need to quickly put the disappointment behind them as they return to Championship action.
The leaders will host second-place Norwich City at Elland Road on Saturday evening and will have an excellent opportunity to increase the gap even further.
Leeds fans – thoughts?
