Arsenal and Chelsea fan’s hopes of signing Spain’s future striker are crushed in the Football Transfer Tavern as the 19-year-old is set to commit his future to the Nou Camp.
The Express have reported that Munir El Haddadi will opt to stay at Barcelona despite heavy interest from the two Premier League giants.
The teenager has picked up a lot of interest from around Europe after he has been selected for seven of Barcelona’s eight La Liga games this season which also led to him making his debut for Spain’s first team.
With Munir being on a youth contract it has meant his buy-out clause is a mere £9.4m, meaning he is open to be poached by a top club.
But it is believed that as his career has taken off in Spain it’s expected he will choose to stay at Barcelona, with punters agreeing that this is the best move for him with his development in mind.
Although the punters admit it is a shame he will not be plying his trade in the England, and despite him being a natural finisher, he is gifted in both feet allowing him to comfortably play on the left or right flank.
