Arsenal and Tottenham fans in the Football Transfer Tavern are frustrated that they could miss out on one of most clinical strikers in the Europe after talkSPORT revealed that Juventus are set to offer Alvaro Morata a new five-year contract.
The 22-year-old striker has really proven his worth this season, especially in Europe, after he scored two decisive goals against his boyhood club Real Madrid to send the Old Lady to the Champions League final.
He initially moved from the Bernabeu to the Juventus Stadium last summer and that deal included a buyback clause in his contract, allowing Los Blancos to re-sign the striker for £25m in 2016 or £30m in 2017.
However despite this agreement, Massimiliano Allegri is keen to tie down his future with big new bumper deal.
In the hope that not only will it ward off Madrid but also Premier League interest from Arsenal and Tottenham.
