Arsenal fans were elated after news about Granit Xhaka’s future at the club emerged from German newspaper Bild.
According to the publication, the Switzerland international has already told his teammates at the club that he will be leaving north London outfit.
Xhaka has been linked with a move back to former club Borussia Monchengladbach, and both Milan clubs in Italy, in recent weeks (Sky Germany via The Sun).
He was involved in an incredibly public spat with the Arsenal fans during the home game against Crystal Palace after the two parties exchanged some abuse.
However, his future seemed to have been sorted when he was reintroduced back into the first-team fold by former head coach Unai Emery.
But, it now seems he could leave and the new report has got the fans feeling over the moon as they took to Twitter to react to the news that he wants to leave the club.
