Arsenal fans were left praising Emiliano Martinez after the goalkeeper kept yet another clean sheet in the club’s 4-0 win over Standard Liege.

The clean sheet is the Argentine’s third of the season after his shutouts against Eintracht Frankfurt and Nottingham Forest (via TransferMarkt).
Martinez put in a good performance against the Belgian side, making two saves and punching the ball on one occasion (via WhoScored).
His early-season form seems to have been rewarded after he was called up to the Argentina squad for the upcoming internationals against Germany and Ecuador.
After his call-up to the international squad, Martinez sent out a warning to teammate Bernd Leno, saying he wasn’t content with playing second fiddle (via Metro).
Many fans were lavishing praise on the £3.15m rated player, who only received the second international call-up of his career, as they took to Twitter to react.
